Lincoln Financial Field Facts

The Linc opened in 2003 and is part of the sports complex in south Philly with baseball Citizens Bank  and the Wells Fargo Arena for basketball, hockey and concerts.  MLS uses Lincoln Financial Field  for international games that PPL is too small for, and  the annual Army Navy game is held here. The stadium holds 68,532 people with about 600 additional SRO seats.   Temple also used the field for their home games.  NCAA lacrosse will hold their championship games here from time to time.  It is easy to get to as it is just off I-95, but beware if two sports have home games the same times, traffic will be horrible, so get there early.
